Pueblo of Laguna Utility Authority seeks a Customer Service Representative
Regular Full-Time, non-exempt
OPENING DATE: March 4, 2019-CLOSING DATE: March 11, 2019
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with skills, experience and confidence to help support our operations. This person will need to adapt to various situations, communicate well and be very organized. We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record. You must be able to work under pressure and prioritize. The CSR responsibilities include: Assisting Utility Authority customers both in person and on the phone; problem solving for customers; handling accounting tasks as assigned; communicating with various Pueblo and non-Pueblo entities and customers; assisting UA personnel with various tasks and communications. This person must also possess good multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications: Minimum of High School Graduate or GED, 3 years of experience in a CSR or similar position, experience in minor accounting and cash handling procedures. Must have a valid New Mexico Driver’s License with no serious convictions in the past five years and must be insurable under POLUA’s carrier. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.
